Lots to do very near far too many to mention. Whitsand Bay for beach lovers, Lanhydrock Gardens for garden lovers for starters. Hayloft Restaurant also excellent quick service wonderful food. Good place to bring a dog. To the people of Cornwall You keep your county clean & tidy. The towns were very clean & tidy. Pity the rest of Britain could not do the same. The McCurrys-N.Ireland Good relaxed holiday. Great cottage and ideal base for visits all over Cornwall & also S.Devon. We can recommend the Eden Project, Dobwalls ( for children of all ages) Trethorne, Paignton Zoo and last but not least the Hayloft Restaurant. Thanks to Steve & Michele for being welcoming hosts. Best wishes. Sue Arm- London My fourth and certainly not my last visit to the Hayloft Cottages. Cottages are comfortable and clean with those extra welcoming touches. Dogs are well catered for also. Hayloft Restaurant still retains its reputation for excellent food. Seaton with its country park and expansive beach ideal for those long dog walks. Newquay was also beautiful and very dog friendly. John & Sheila Bell-Suffolk A lovely cottage and a very warm welcome from Michele. The extra touches like the fresh flowers and pint of milk on arrival were very welcome. A good base to visit lots of places fantastic views from the coastal walks around Tintagel and Newquay. Boscastle is an interesting place to visit and Fowey was a favourite (a boat trip to see the basking sharks was well worth it) The Hayloft Restaurant is excellent and staff very friendly.
